To avoid disruption of the Company's operations, the following rules apply to solicitation and distribution of literature on Company premises:

Persons not employed by the Company may not solicit for any purpose nor distribute literature of any nature on Company premises at any time for any purpose.

Solicitation by ABX employees is prohibited at any time during the work day when either the person doing the solicitation or the person being solicited is required to be engaged in the performance of their work tasks.

Distributing written or printed material of any nature by ABX employees is prohibited during all working time when either the distributing employee or the employee receiving the material is supposed to be engaged in the performance of their work tasks. Working time within the meaning of this policy does not include break periods and meal times, or other periods during the work day when employees are properly not engaged in performing their work tasks.

Distribution of written or printed material of any nature by ABX employees is also prohibited at all times in all working areas. Working areas are all areas controlled by the Company where employees are performing work, except cafeterias, employee break areas, and parking lots.
